Christmas at Nana's at two weeks old

When Zoey was 2 weeks old, we finally were able to get over to Nana's house for our annual Christmas.  Zoey's arrival pushed thing back a bit since we usually have it just before Christmas, but that's ok, it was worth it!  Nana was a little too nervous to hold Zoey in the hospital since there were so many people around, but she happily took her into her arms at home.  I loved watching the expression on her face as she held Zoey for the first time.  Growing up, I never really knew my grandparents well.  Most of them were not part of our lives, and the ones in our lives died while we were still fairly young.  Growing up, I've always considered Nana as almost a grandma to me and I loved seeing her and Zoey together.  Zoey also started to "wake up" more this week, participating in a long photoshoot, all wide awake and staring at the camera.
